Pros

Working for the company opens a lot of doors, as they connect you with hundreds of vendors for training and product knowledge. They are pretty flexible with hours until holiday time.

They like to hire internal first, so there is an opportunity to advance.

Cons

The downside is the in-store leaders can be very cliquey. During holidays, you can be very overworked with no extra pay. The pay isn't up to par with the job requirements.

Advice to Management

Pay your employees more. Happier employees lead to a better customer experience.
