No commission. Because of no commission, some people aren't dedicated to working hard. Some leads and management are thrown into their positions without being properly trained. The computer system is horrible. Best Buy doesn't tell all their employees all the promos.
Out of everything else, update the computers, help better train management, and pay attention to people under management.
