Pros

Always having the chance to experience new technology before mass consumers.

Always having the "latest and greatest".

Cons

This is a retail position, and it comes with retail hours. Obviously, that is part of it. With being a lead, the hours are longer than a typical full-time shift. You'll be running around taking overrides, answering manager calls, and taking care of irate customers.

Advice to Management

Be more willing to actually step up and help employees when it is busy, instead of "cracking a whip" over employees to scramble and help everyone.
