Pros

Benefits, hours, and bonuses for hitting goals.

Employee discount and discounted phone service.

Lots of ways to assist customers to make them happy.

Cons

Low pay. No free time. No motivation from higher management. The employee cuts from a year ago killed the morale in the store.

Advice to Management

They're just remaking spots that they took away a year ago, paying the employees a lot less to do way more work.
