Cons

There is no work-life balance if you are not located in Vancouver; you have to sync your life with Vancouver time.

They use very old technologies.

All processes are manual; they didn't automate anything.

You need to get access from IT for each single click you want to perform (very annoying, time-consuming, and chasing rabbits).

The pay is very low. You don't have personal days in the first two years. You don't have insurance during probation.

The hardware they offer you to work on is in minimum condition, and they ask for high performance.

They allocate you $250 to build a home office and ask you to buy an ergonomic chair and desk with that money! Have they ever checked the prices?
