Don't work there unless you are Indian (office)
The salary is not too bad, although it is not very good.

Most of the management is Indian, and they tend to promote or help employees who are also Indian. Asians, especially Chinese, will find it harder to get help. Unfair treatment will occur.
If you still hire someone just because they are Indian, but they don't have any skills (I do not object to hiring Indians, but I hope they are capable of hiring). Your company will only go downhill in the future.
