Front End Lead
Quick and easy. A position opened at the front, and management approached me to apply for it. The application through the company intranet was painless, and the interview process was fluid.

Call from HR. They then set up a drug test and background check. Met with the department manager. After finishing that interview, you had a final interview with the Store Director. They will give you a call shortly after or an email.
