Pros

Decent culture, dependent on the store. The company is now probably headed somewhat upright, but they're not out of the rough yet.

Cons

Out of touch management, constant changing of procedures, common-sense decisions being overruled by outdated policy. The old CEO was terrible; thank goodness he got canned.

Advice to Management

Consider adding compensation again and get rid of the high school part-timers. They're what's giving Best Buy a bad rep.
