Pros

Best Buy does a great job of creating a generally positive work environment where they value employee feedback regarding issues ranging from customer experiences to any type of additional support process that should be in place. Employees receive a great discount, and the benefits are fantastic.

Cons

Having to sacrifice personal time during major drive times and consistent hour cuts to the schedule at a last minute's notice.

Advice to Management

If you are going to do additional restructures in the future, make sure you compensate those who directly impact the customers most. The recent restructure provided minimal severance (weeks) to the large number of supervisors that were cut, but almost an entire year's salary to middle management that was cut.
