Pros

Great opportunity to fine-tune business management skills, a fun product to sell, and great team members to work with.

Cons

There is no accountability to Salary Management; it's all pushed downhill to supervisory staff. The management are the highest-paid door greeters in the industry. There are inconsistent expectations from one location to the next.

Advice to Management

Be more involved with your team. Learn the department you manage.
