A multitude of managers don't understand that profit drives a company, not revenue.

Poor reaction times and a multitude of inefficient and redundant practices.

Advice to Management

Guys, get with it!

You took 5 months to roll out a new model and failed to inform people of what other changes you have in mind.

When was the last time you truly rewarded your best employees?

Issued a stock reward?

When people put millions of extra dollars to the bottom line, you should reward them with more than just a pat on the back.

Reward your best all year, not just Back to School and Holiday drive times.

Learn that employees will be far more loyal when they have solid relationships with management.

Email bosses fail to resonate or inspire. A personal relationship is required if you intend to get better results.
