It can be a fun environment at times.

Cons

Heavy expectations in an unsteady economy.

Impossible to have all work done at the store and to balance personal life with work.

No support from distinct staff when the entire core store needed it the most.

Little to no recognition for performing consistently on a high level.

Advice to Management

Take care of the employees and have more realistic goals for mobile employees. Ease up on the expectations or pay more to remain competitive.
