Pros

At the time, we had pretty good managers that understood that we had real lives outside of work and sometimes needed some flexibility.

Cons

They do not let up about selling credit cards and memberships. Pretty sure I witnessed management break the law a few times to get a few more credit card applications in to boost their numbers. You will have a miserable time working here if you find company credit cards unethical.

It doesn't matter if you make this company 25 thousand a month (my real figures!) if you don't get any credit card applications or memberships. I had some of the best revenue numbers for my section of the store, but I was constantly on probation for my credit card apps.

Advice to Management

Nobody cares about company credit cards anymore. You're going out of business because you've beaten the horse to death.
