Retail hours, managers not following what they preach, holidays are not a joy.
Higher management should take a deeper look into store management teams. It's nice to have a philosophy upstairs, but if you can't uphold that and let toxicity build up at a store level, then you might as well throw those ideals out the window. I am aware that there are probably stores that have great teams, but that doesn't supersede the stores that don't.
