It's easy to get your work done because of the small size of the company. A flat hierarchy makes it easy to get your voice heard.
Pay is below average. Best Buy recently acquired DealTree, and this will definitely have an impact on the culture. Extremely close to the 405 freeway and John Wayne Airport, so some days the air quality suffers.
