The process was straightforward. First, I interviewed with the manager, then with a team. They were all friendly and open. The primary technical lead was not available, and it seemed as though I might need to return for another interview.

Pros: - Awesome culture. Everyone I work with is super helpful and nice.
- Great work-life balance.
- Great processes for managing heavy traffic times on the site (major releases, etc.).
Cons: Pay. Pay isn't the greatest, but it's not a big tech company, so you get what you get.
