I was contacted by a recruiter for an initial screening. The initial screening went well, and I was initially very interested in Bilt Rewards. The second round consisted of an ~1.5 hour "pair programming" live coding round. I proceeded to solve every question, and despite receiving great feedback and being told I seemed like a good fit, I received a generic rejection email from a no-reply address. After seeing the reviews on here and elsewhere online, it seems like I really dodged a bullet.
