Interview Hiring Manager (Phone Screen) - March 8, 2024 During the phone screen with the hiring manager, we engaged in a casual conversation where I discussed my previous experiences and background. Behavioral questions were asked, such as, "What inspired you to complete your master's degree in the US?" Then, I received an invitation to participate in the onsite interview, also known as a superday.
Onsite (Superday) Interview - March 22, 2024 Originally, there were plans for a three-round interview process. However, one of the interviewers is no longer able to participate, so I only needed to complete two rounds of interviews.
After a week, I wrote a follow-up email regarding my interview. I then received an email from my recruiter, who told me that they were still waiting for a few interviews to be completed. He also said he would inform me once he had more information, at some point the following week. Unfortunately, I haven't received any email from him since. I wrote another email, but he said he had connected with the team and my feedback from the interviews had been positive. However, I haven't received any email from him again. I suspect they have already chosen a potential candidate. It took me two months to realize that I had been rejected. :|
