I had the first-stage interview, which was a detailed conversation about my experience and practices. It was okay, and nothing unexpected. I was rejected after that, but it took almost three weeks to hear back.

The one thing I would mention, and which is a pretty bad sign, is that they never reply. When I initially got the interview scheduled, the talent specialist (Tamara) mentioned not to hesitate to contact her if I had questions. However, when I did ask questions, I never received a reply. When the interview was scheduled, I asked the organizer a question – no reply again.

When I then asked for feedback two weeks after the interview, I was ghosted again. I received a rejection email nearly a week later.

If this is how much they ghost candidates, I cannot imagine things get done efficiently or that the work experience there is great in general. Therefore, my interest dropped prior to being rejected anyway. They also have four compulsory days in the office, which, frankly, is very unnecessary for a software developer.
