The first round was a HackerRank test that had to be completed in Java.

The second round was an onsite hiring event at BlackRock in San Francisco, where many candidates were being interviewed at the same time.

I had about five rounds of interviews, with a presentation break in the middle. The rounds varied in technicality:

• Some were domain knowledge interviews.
