Software Developer Interview Experience - Wilmington, Delaware
Process
The first round was a HackerRank coding challenge, mainly testing data structure concepts.
After a week, they scheduled a video interview with four 45-minute rounds.
It started with a session with the manager, who went through a resume walkthrough and discussed the scope and responsibilities of the Aladdin group at BlackRock. The other three rounds were technical, where you would be tested on skills mentioned in your resume, such as Java, Spring, Hibernate, Angular JS, and other projects.
The interviewers were friendly and knowledgeable, and I had a smooth experience.
