Pros: A very good internship that I was not fully prepared to accept. They were very supportive of whatever level of experience I had at the time. They encouraged lots of communication throughout the office and constantly had check-ins regarding how I felt with my tasks.
Cons: They seemed to expect too little from me, which personally confused how much I had actually done to contribute to the projects assigned.
