Pros: Open environment.
They motivate you to learn.
They take care of their employees.
They motivate you to choose and work in your areas of interest.
Good professional trainings.
Cons: In terms of work, I didn't find it too good. Technically, if you don't go to the APG team, there is not much learning. If you get a bad manager, that's your bad luck!
