Process
I applied for this position on the Blackrock website. The agency contacted me and sent me a link for a test. The test included JavaScript, SQL, and Java. I completed the test, and then they told me they wanted to have someone with Java skills. I didn't take the Java part, so I didn't go further for this position. The whole process was quite short. I took all the JavaScript and SQL questions, but not the Java.
