Pay is good, and you can have a good learning experience.
My advice to management:
They should keep an open mind and give opportunities to new people, also trusting them as they were able to clear your interviews. It is very important for them not to be only dependent on their favorites.
Blackrock should also take reviews from all subordinates and juniors with whom they have worked on any initiatives before giving promotions to their seniors.
You should stop the favoritism culture and also question your favorites rather than trusting them blindly.
For some reason, they gave four technicals when they were supposed to give two technicals and two behaviorals. I was kinda confused by that, but the LeetCode wasn't hard. The stats questions threw me off.
Online assessments followed by interviews. Only the last interview round was about me as a person; the rest was only coding interviews. It was friendly but long, with lengthy breaks in between rounds.
Very straightforward: an OA and Hirevue, then a final round "Superday" consisting of a mix of behavioral and technical interviews with both engineers and the manager. The technicals are focused entirely on DSA concepts.
