Good facilities and pay. The tech stack is good, but it depends on the team.
Egoistic managers/directors who have no work ethics & culture.
Company never cares about external employees. There is no proper communication channel for external employees to communicate or share their reviews.
Taken-for-granted attitude.
This depends entirely on each team’s culture. Unfortunately, most of the known teams are like this. 😂
Please consider external employees also. They are also human beings.
For some reason, they gave four technicals when they were supposed to give two technicals and two behaviorals. I was kinda confused by that, but the LeetCode wasn't hard. The stats questions threw me off.
Online assessments followed by interviews. Only the last interview round was about me as a person; the rest was only coding interviews. It was friendly but long, with lengthy breaks in between rounds.
Very straightforward: an OA and Hirevue, then a final round "Superday" consisting of a mix of behavioral and technical interviews with both engineers and the manager. The technicals are focused entirely on DSA concepts.
