Decent place to work at
Unlimited time off has been a massive perk. The ability to work remotely for two weeks in summer is a plus. Good maternity leave and lots of fun events on the floor. There are many self-organized outside-of-office activities:
- Bouldering
- Ski trips
- Days out
Paternity leave is pretty bad. The 4-day in-office policy and the culture have changed quite a bit over the last few years. We used to feel like the company cared about people, but not anymore. There have been 3 redundancy rounds in the span of 12 months.
It would be great if people’s feedback in pulse surveys made a difference. The pay increase has been bad for the last several years, and considering the high inflation, it would have been good if at least people with outstanding performance were better rewarded.
