I have been working for BlackRock for almost 2 years.
During that time, I have learned a lot. I have never felt that I would have been judged by my current position. If you have good thoughts, people will listen to you, and you will be recognized.
People are helpful. The colleagues are willing to help you regardless of your title and position.
Work/life balance is important here. The number of personal holidays is not limited, thus I can freely schedule my year, and I do not have to worry if I will have enough holidays or not.
It's not well-known in Hungary yet; I have to work on building the brand here as well.
