Very low salary. If the company is big, then why don't they pay even a bare minimum respectable salary? Even normal service-based companies are paying way too much more than what Blackrock is offering for roles at all levels.

There were two rounds: Technical and HR. The technical round lasted for about 45 minutes, and the HR round ended in 10 minutes. The interviewers were very friendly and gave hints when I got stuck in a puzzle.
The process was very smooth. They mostly asked about basis and medium questions, use cases, and DSA/OOP concepts. This all took about an hour, and the interview was quite good.
