Very good internship.
A very good internship that I was not fully prepared to accept. They were very supportive of whatever level of experience I had at the time. They encouraged lots of communication throughout the office and constantly had check-ins regarding how I felt with my tasks.
They seemed to expect too little from me, which personally confused how much I had actually done to contribute to the projects assigned.
A better understanding of the intern's own understanding of the workforce. I honestly had no clue what was going on until after I left the internship. I regret not taking advantage of many things.
