I joined during Covid and was working from home full-time. I loved my job and felt BR was a company I could stay at for a long time.
You are forced to go into the office three days a week, and there is minimal to no flexibility. A number of people I have spoken to in the tech teams are not happy and feel it has made their jobs less enjoyable. People have been complaining in the employee survey, but the issue is not being addressed by management. The recruiters sell roles in APG by saying it's like a tech company and is separate from the asset management side, but APG doesn't have much autonomy.
Allow APG to have more flexibility in WFH. We do not need to be in the office 3 days a week, and our productivity was just as good during 100% WFH.
