As it is a huge company, red tape processes exist and it's difficult to change them. Lots of people are involved to solve simple problems, but it's understandable as they value stability big time.

The first technical round, out of three, was completed. In my first round, they asked a DSA coding question. I do not quite remember the question that was asked, but it did not go well, and I was rejected.
