Open environment. They motivate you to learn. They take care of their employees. They motivate you to choose and work in your areas of interest. Good professional trainings.
In terms of work, I didn't find it too good. Technically, if you don't go to the APG team, there is not much learning. If you get a bad manager, that's your bad luck!
