Pros: The dream job. I get to work on some of the best games in the world within an amazing culture. Everyone has incredible passion for both the company and their job. Keg in the office, kolaches and donuts throughout the week, tacos on Friday. All of upper management and the execs care dearly about their employees.

Cons: That most people in the world won't get to experience the glory of working here.

Pros: Most everyone I've met is incredibly friendly and willing to help. Good guidance from mentors. Chill work environment, flexibility. Loot, Blizzcon, good food.

Cons: Pay is lower than regular software engineering roles outside of games, but this may just be a game industry issue.

Pros: Great work environment. Benefits were also very good for me.

Cons: Didn't have a lot of room for growth.
