It felt like hanging out with a bunch of friends, talking about software engineering. Overall, a great and very welcoming experience. The interview process did take a few weeks, but my recruiter always kept me updated as to my status and next steps. They had so much good information for me.

Pros: You feel like you're part of a gaming community, and it's kind of like being on a college campus. There are so many people.
You have the opportunity to meet so many people with shared interests here.
The work is enjoyable, and the perks are nice.
Cons: If you want to live nearby in Irvine, it's quite expensive. I can't think of anything else to complain about.

Pros: I absolutely loved my time at Blizzard, and they treated their interns well. Some of the things I really enjoyed were:
* Having a team that allowed me to grow
* Never being brushed off by any employee (no matter the title) because I was "just an intern"
* A cool office
* Trying their best to invest in young talent
Cons: Pay isn't as high as many tech companies in the area.
