Pros: Close-knit teams. Fun events, good benefits.

Cons: Teams are very siloed, and it can be difficult to get anything done across teams. The company is very immature in many ways, and no one seems to care enough to change. Advancement is shrouded in mystery.

Pros: You get to work for Blizzard. Tons of free games. Great environment. Impressive on a resume.

Cons: A lot of the executives do a whole lot of nothing but telling people what to do. The longer you've been there, the more you're paid for the less you do. New people are expected to work 60 or more hours a week. Morale is slipping; there's lots of teenage drama and backstabbing. It really feels like everyone communicates solely through post-it notes. At least the post-it notes look cool.

Pros: Great co-workers, fun company-sponsored events. After-hours groups like board and tabletop game groups are available to anyone who shows up.

Cons: Management is becoming increasingly detached and bloated due to growth. Without stretching too much, I could honestly say I had seven bosses. I was also regularly hit with unnecessary overtime.
