Submitted my resume and cover letter online, and got a reply within 4 hours. Exchanged emails briefly with a recruiter about career plans, expertises, etc.
Went silent for 6 weeks, then got an email for a phone interview.
The phone interview was a little awkward. But I got an immediate reply to do a project to show my coding and technical ability. It took over a week's worth of work. I got a rejection letter within 12 hours of submitting. Wish they gave some feedback on where I failed.
Pretty standard questions.
