Pros: The culture is awesome. Everyone has their inner geek, and at Blizzard, you can truly be yourself and release your inner geek. Great perks, especially if you're a gamer (Blizzcon, fun team events, etc.).

Cons: Pay is slightly lower than average, but that's probably because Blizzard isn't located in the ultra-expensive Bay Area.

Pros: Culture is fantastic. Dress code is shorts, t-shirt, and flip-flops. Bonus 3 times a year.

Cons: Pay is negative for the marketplace, but if you want to be part of the #1 game company. Lack of leadership and direction for the department I was in.

Pros: - Best hands-on experience with what I am working on. - Meaningful work; I feel like I am contributing to the company as a whole. - Semi-laid back at times, but always trying to improve processes. - Great culture, awesome people. - You can bring your pets in! - Able to entertain yourself while working (YouTube, Twitch, gaming).

Cons: - Company is very big, could lead to feeling like a small piece in a big puzzle. - Low salaries compared to other companies with the same titles. - Subsidized lunches are still kind of pricey. - Company moves slowly, sometimes not at all, in terms of production.
