Blizzard has no agency, has to ask for approval for everything from Activision.
Complete lack of clear communications around vision and company changes.
Doesn't actually make change, just communicates they will improve "in the future."
No transparency - and gave lowest raises in history during a pandemic, a year in which Activision made record profits (again).
Hire a new executive management team.
