I applied online and got a phone interview, which went great. We discussed my current job and salary, my skills, and why I wanted to work at Blizzard. This was followed by a Skype interview roughly two weeks after with two people from the QA departm
This is a description for the initial screening. The recruiter was friendly and enthusiastic. I was also told that working for Blizzard is a fun and rewarding experience and that it is an inclusive environment.
First step: talk to the recruiter and in-house recruiter. Second step: talk to the hiring manager. Then, sign a very restrictive NDA before the interview. I didn't make it past that because it was so restrictive.
