I applied online and got a phone interview, which went great. We discussed my current job and salary, my skills, and why I wanted to work at Blizzard.
This was followed by a Skype interview roughly two weeks after with two people from the QA department. The interview was not very tech-oriented, more of a "how do you react to this or that event while working as a team?"
One month later, I got an answer that the position was filled by internal promotion and that my application was rejected.
