All of the policies and goals that the company has pursued over the past few years have resulted in undervalued people, bad products, unsustainability, and a culture of fear. At times (and especially after so many high-level departures), it seems that the last thing anyone in a leadership position is interested in is making fun games.
Frankly, there is no fixing a mess this big.
