Nice people, but not very challenging work
Great people working for a common cause: best in show entertainment.
No real advancement path, low salaries, low morale currently (2020).
Treat people with respect. Lower the reliance on profit sharing as a key part of your income so people don't have to "gamble" based on company success, which they have no control over.
