The culture and people are amazing to work with.
Many of them are "super" talented as artists and software engineers.
Still a small company feeling. Though the company is still growing, it is a healthy, natural thing for the "small company" feeling.
Management needs to trust in the people you hire to do the right thing. Treat all business units as equals.
Each team has a huge variance in talent. The company has brought in top talent and lost it because they do not pay attention to how great that talent is doing.
Game Teams, though, are the driving force of Blizzard and should respect all other aspects of the business units at Blizzard. It is Blizzard Entertainment and not Blizzard Games for good reason.
