Great Intern Support, Few Events
Provided great support to interns, even though it was a virtual internship.
I wanted to see more intern-specific events while understanding that it is hard to frequently hold an event virtually.

Software Engineer (Internship)
The recruiter reached out to me directly about my interest in their programs. We had a short 15-minute talk about what programs are offered, and I was able to pick my top three. Then, we scheduled technical interviews with the engineering team.

Applied online, had a coding test and a couple rounds of phone interviews. The coding test asked LC-style questions and some multiple-choice. The phone interviews were about past experiences and some coding questions.

Some basic introductory stuff, like what the team is working on, etc. The majority of time spent is on assessment of skill. There are generic trivia technical questions, especially those pertaining to web development. Then, two coding exercises.
