Fun Place to Work, but Needs Some Improvements
- Great culture.
- Work is fast-paced and interesting.
- Iterative environment.
- Free games.
- Not transparent nor competitive with pay (confusing bonus system).
- No stock options unless you're in upper management.
- Overcrowded HQ with no plans to move.
- Poor 401k matching (25%).
You guys really need to take a look at overall compensation at Blizzard compared to other companies. Talent has been leaving because of this, and the cost of turnover and ramping up new people is just not worth it. Take care of your employees, and your employees will take care of you.
Also, stop overcrowding the main HQ and scattering offices everywhere. Just find a new place that will fit.
