Process
The process began with a phone screen from the recruiter. If the recruiter was satisfied with the conversation, they scheduled a pair programming interview. Everything went well during the pair programming session. The question posed was a basic computer science problem, nothing out of the ordinary. I achieved the desired result during the interview. However, a day later, I was informed that they had moved on to stronger candidates.
