The interview process consisted of three parts.
The first call is with the Recruiter. You are then moved to the next round, which has two interview loops:
- SQL paired scripting screen
- Python pair coding screen
After that, there is the last round, which consists of four interview loops that assess technical abilities in Python, SQL, and System Design.

Cons: Too dynamic, reshaping structures too often, and unfortunately, didn't figure out how to work with different time zones.

Pros: People and culture were good. Decent work-life balance. Fully remote.
Cons: Went through four or five reorgs and layoffs within a year of joining, then was impacted during the most recent round of mass layoffs.
Not sure what the company vision is, and it's really hard to focus when your skip-level manager is changing every other month.
