I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months.
At the time I applied, Block had 2 different interview loops. One was for front end and one for back-end. I took the front end path. There were 2 live code challenges, 1 system design, and 1 behavioral interview. Both of the 2 code challenges were end based. One was a to-do list in React or any other framework of your choosing (vue, svelte, etc.). I forgot the other one.
