Someone I knew had a contact there who put me in touch with them. I chatted with the contact, who said we could proceed with the interview process.
First, there was a 1-hour coding test using Interviewstreet. The question wasn't particularly difficult, quite average. However, I didn't realize there were additional tests my code needed to pass until the last 15 minutes. (Once you pass the two initial tests, a small link appears allowing you to attempt all the tests. Interviewstreet should make this much more obvious.) It turned out my code only passed the first two tests, and by then, it was too late to find the bug.
Despite this, I still managed to reach the interview stage. This was a technical phone screen with an engineer. During the interview, I wrote code online in a text editor that could also compile and run it. The session lasted 45 minutes, and we only made it partway through one problem.
I received feedback very quickly, and the entire process was conducted very efficiently on their end (it took longer on my end due to many personal commitments at the time). Everyone involved was courteous and friendly.
